Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  If you need to return or exchange an item, send us an email at alexander@stickittowinter.com then send your item to: Stick It To Winter LLC, 233 Center Street, Excelsior MN 55331, United States. Shipping costs are not covered.
